Request deletion of app-controlled data
Use this procedure to ask FrankiesBlox Studio X to locate and delete personal information held by the app.
How to submit a request
- Send a direct message from the affected account to the official @frankiesblox Instagram account.
- Start the message with
DATA DELETION REQUEST. - State the platform and username involved.
- Give enough detail to locate the information, such as the approximate event date or a link to the relevant post, Reel or comment.
- Do not send a password, payment information, identity document or other sensitive information unless a lawful and proportionate verification step is specifically requested.
Verification
The request should be sent from the platform account concerned where possible. Limited additional information may be requested only where reasonably necessary to confirm identity, parental authority or the scope of the request.
What happens next
The request will be acknowledged and app-controlled personal information will normally be deleted within 30 days after sufficient verification. More time may be required for a complex request or where the law permits an extension. A response will explain any information that cannot lawfully be deleted.
What can be deleted
Deletion may cover app-controlled event records, stored platform identifiers, comment or message copies, support records and associated diagnostic data, where those records can reasonably be identified and no lawful retention reason applies.
What this does not delete
Studio X cannot directly delete information controlled by Instagram, Facebook or another platform, including the original account, post, comment, message, subscription or payment record. Use the platform’s own deletion and privacy controls for that information.
Children and guardian requests
A parent or guardian may submit a request concerning a child. The channel may take proportionate steps to verify parental responsibility before acting.
Other privacy requests
The same contact method may be used for access, correction, restriction or objection requests. Include PRIVACY REQUEST at the start of the message.
