Terms for FrankiesBlox Studio X

1. Acceptance

By interacting with a Studio X-connected FrankiesBlox channel, you agree to these terms to the extent they apply to that interaction. Stop using the feature if you do not agree.

2. Permitted use

Use the service lawfully, respectfully and in accordance with the relevant platform’s rules. Do not impersonate others, harass users, submit unlawful content, manipulate events, automate fake engagement, evade moderation or interfere with the app.

3. XP, rankings and Gift Train features

XP, train energy, rankings, badges, supporter labels and carriage progress are entertainment and community-recognition features only. They:

• have no cash value;
• are not currency, stored value, investments or gambling products;
• cannot be sold, transferred or redeemed for money;
• may be corrected where an event is duplicated, reversed, fraudulent or supplied incorrectly by a platform;
• may be changed, reset, paused or withdrawn to protect the service or comply with platform rules.

4. Paid platform events

Some platforms may offer gifts, subscriptions, Bits or similar paid features. Any purchase is made from and governed by that platform, not this legal website. Studio X does not process payment-card details. A purchase does not create ownership rights in Studio X or guarantee any future benefit.

5. No purchase required

Ordinary viewing, commenting and other free engagement may be available without purchase. Paid-event proof and testing are never required from the channel owner.

6. Moderation

Content may be hidden, removed or reported, and users may be blocked, where reasonably necessary for safety, legality, platform compliance or community standards.

7. Availability

The service may be interrupted by platform outages, API changes, internet failures, maintenance or account restrictions. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

8. Intellectual property

FrankiesBlox branding, Studio X designs and original software remain the property of their respective owners. Platform names and marks belong to their respective platform owners.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, the service is provided for entertainment and community use, and no guarantee is made that virtual totals or rankings will be uninterrupted, permanent or error-free.

10. Changes and termination

Features or these terms may be updated when the service, law or platform requirements change. Access may be suspended or ended for misuse, safety or technical reasons.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
